Business Analyst - ITSM at HCLTech, Remote, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

We are looking for a Business Analyst - ITSM for a 3 months contract.

This is a remote opportunity, however, you must reside in UK.

You should have work authorization for UK.

Job Responsibilities -

-Assess each existing ITSM process and the transformation to the global

guideline and target state.

- Ensure the technical set up to enable ServiceNow discovery is completed within a specified time

frame.

- Oversee training and knowledge enablement, ensuring new resources fully understand the group

processes and way of working.

- Co-ordinate between project resources, local technical teams and internal functions to ensure

work packages are delivered in a streamlined manner.

- Produce documentation to compliment procedures and process designs from local as-is ITSM to

target ITSM.

- Work with the local teams and internal SMEs to ensure each entity is information domain

compliant based on DORA guidelines.

- Support decision making and provide direction for ITSM process roll out.

- Prepare project governance focusing on clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and decision making mechanisms to ensure transparency, effective communication, and consistent

management throughout all stages of the project.
