As a Project Support Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
Supporting a Programme Delivery Office to enable operational project delivery for a public sector organisation.
The EPDO Support Officer provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team. The role includes organising meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actions through to completion. The postholder acts as the primary point of contact for Project Managers in relation to Project Management Framework (PMF) documentation and supports the set-up of project areas in accordance with the PMF. Responsibilities also include maintaining robust document control (including version management, filing and archiving) and supporting compliance with governance requirements and project management frameworks. In addition, the postholder supports project initiation activities, including project coding and budget uplift requests, and assists with the preparation of reports, business cases and presentations.
