About the Role

Altmosphere Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) Consultant & Trainer to support the delivery of our professional SAP consultant training programmes.

The successful candidate should combine strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA MM consulting knowledge with the ability to explain complex SAP processes clearly, guide learners through practical exercises, and prepare trainees for real-world SAP consulting and support environments.

This role is suitable for an experienced SAP MM Consultant who enjoys mentoring professionals and transferring practical industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Consultant Training.
• Facilitate live instructor-led online training sessions.
• Explain SAP MM concepts using practical business scenarios and real-world examples.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide trainees through exercises in the SAP system.
• Train participants across the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Support trainees with assignments, configuration exercises, case studies and implementation scenarios.
• Explain integration between SAP MM and relevant modules such as FI/CO, SD, PP, PM and EWM.
• Introduce learners to real SAP implementation, support and issue-resolution scenarios.
• Support learners in developing consultant-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Review trainee assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in training material improvement where required.
• Ensure training sessions are properly recorded for quality assurance and training delivery verification.
• Mentor learners preparing for SAP-related employment opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 1 year strong practical experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Ability to configure and demonstrate SAP MM processes.
• Good understanding of SAP MM integration with other modules.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with different levels of experience.
• Strong mentoring and coaching capability.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable environment for delivering professional online training.
