SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant & Trainer at Altmosphere Consulting, Remote, £Contract Rate

Altmosphere Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant & Trainer to deliver professional SAP Finance and Controlling training to learners preparing for SAP consulting and support roles.

The successful candidate should combine strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling experience with excellent training, mentoring and communication skills.

This role requires someone who can move beyond theory and teach learners how SAP FICO is configured, used and supported in real business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant Training.
• Facilitate live instructor-led online training sessions.
• Explain SAP Finance and Controlling processes using practical business scenarios.
• Demonstrate SAP configuration and transactions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Guide trainees through hands-on configuration exercises and assignments.
• Train learners on end-to-end financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Explain integration between SAP FICO and modules such as MM, SD, PP, PM and other relevant areas.
• Introduce trainees to implementation, configuration, testing and support scenarios.
• Support learners in understanding SAP issue resolution and support-ticket processes.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners preparing for SAP consulting, support and certification opportunities.
• Contribute to improvement of course materials and practical exercises.
• Ensure training sessions are properly recorded for quality assurance and delivery verification.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 1 year strong practical experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Good understanding of end-to-end financial and management accounting processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement or support projects.
• Ability to configure SAP FICO processes independently.
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial and SAP concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Strong mentoring and coaching capability.
• Ability to manage learners with different levels of SAP and accounting experience.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable environment for online training delivery.
