The CPS prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations in England and Wales. The CPS is independent, and they make their decisions independently of the police and government.

As a Commercial Performance Analyst , your main responsibilities will be:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyse data across procurement, contracts, compliance, benefits and commercial delivery.
  • Build KPI frameworks, scorecards and executive reporting packs.
  • Improve data quality, governance and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
  • Provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders and commercial leaders.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in commercial, performance, MI or BI analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
  • Proven Power BI dashboard development experience.
  • KPI development, reporting and performance measurement expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience improving reporting processes and data quality.

Desirable

  • Commercial, procurement or contract management experience.
  • Public sector background.
  • Experience with Jaggaer, SharePoint and Power Automate.
