Principal Salesforce Engineer

London (Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite)

Build the Next Generation of Salesforce Solutions

We're seeking a Principal Salesforce Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions within a leading Asset Management environment.

Working closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders, you'll drive engineering excellence, shape platform strategy, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging modern Salesforce capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform architecture.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record driving engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to platform standards and technical strategy.
• Financial Services or Asset Management experience is highly desirable.
