Business Change Manager at DBT FWA, Remote, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

Contract Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the next phase of the FWA programme. Your role will be to proactively prepare the organisation and those people moving into it in 2027 for the impact of the changes.

Working with the G7 Comms Lead and within the FWA Programme Team, you will provide a bridge between the change programme and business users to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the agreed change and realise the business benefits. This will include:

 

As a Business Change Manager , your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the delivery of a clear vision for change in the FWA programme, including championing the use of best practice business change management frameworks (including standards, tools and processes).
  • Stakeholder engagement with key contacts, ensuring artifacts from the change management framework are used appropriately.
  • Support the design and delivery of 'people related' change activities throughout the programme lifecycle. These activities include, for example, stakeholder mapping and engagement, Change Impact Assessments, change readiness activities and supporting leaders with change.
  • In particular, supporting tech colleagues with helping stakeholders through the IT migration elements of the transition programme.

Monitoring and reporting of progress against the change plan as required, including to the FWA Programme Board.

 

Essential:

 

  • Experience assessing the people, process, and business impacts of organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver change interventions, guiding stakeholders effectively through the change curve.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement at all levels..
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering change within large-scale programmes, projects, or business transformation environments.
  • To hold a relevant Change qualification such as APM Change Management or Prosci.
