Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies: 

Essential Skills:  

• 5+ years deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning. 
• Workday certification in Adaptive Planning. 
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and relevant finance processes, principles and analytics. 
• Experience designing and building complex workforce planning models. 
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively. 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

Desired Skills:  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies. 
• Knowledge of Workday HCM 
• Experience with Agile delivery
