Salesforce Technical Lead

Permanent | Fixed-Term Contract | Inside IR35 Contract

Shape the Future of Salesforce within the Asset Management Domain

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, delivery, and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform within a leading Asset Management environment.

This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives while leveraging emerging capabilities such as Data Cloud, AI, and Agentforce.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering complex Salesforce programmes.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is highly desirable.

Certifications Required:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce App Builder

Nice to have:

• Platform Developer II
• Application Architect, System Architect, DevOps Engineer
• AI Associate, Data Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist
