Role Description The Oracle PPM Fusion Tutor/Instructor will deliver in-person training sessions at the London, focusing on Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts and hands-on practice. This contract, on-site role includes preparing lesson plans, training materials, and exercises that cover configuration, business processes, and integrations related to Oracle PPM. The instructor will conduct lectures, demonstrations, and lab sessions, support learners through Q&A and troubleshooting, and assess progress through assignments or tests. The role also involves updating course content to reflect product changes, providing guidance on best practices, and collaborating with the training team to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Consulting skills relevant to Oracle Fusion and enterprise implementations.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, including configuration and functional usage.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills related to Oracle Fusion PPM, such as understanding interfaces and data flows.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including implementation or support, is highly beneficial.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in IT or enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
