Job Title - Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Location - Location – Havant / Reading / Perth (Scotland) Remote with occasional travel

Type - Fixed term contract 3 months contract also we are open for day rate contract as well Inside IR35

Position Overview

Role definition

• You will support Operations Infrastructure and represent HCL in customers control centers, solving issues and providing support to the software and infrastructure at these sites.
• Expected qualification and critical experiences -
• BAU engineer based on customer sites to support critical national infrastructure services.
• Perform queue-based hardware, software and user fault management within predefined SLAs
• Out of hours support rota once trained
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Good customer service skills

Mandatory Education, Skills & certification -

• ·Subject Matter Expert for SCOM 2019. Able to maintain and upgrade environments and configure Management packs.
• ·SCOM to Service now integration
• ·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019, 2022 SCCM, DNS, DHCP
• ·Performance and Network tuning techniques
• ·Hyper-V and VMWare
• Knowledge of OS Patching, upgrades, antivirus and domain security too
