We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale technology supplier transition programme across a complex retail and operational services landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in defining transition requirements, analysing current service arrangements, and supporting the successful transfer of critical technology services to future providers while ensuring operational continuity and business stability.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the definition of exit and transition services across key retail and operational technology functions, including ePOS, Service Desk, Field Services and BAU support
• Working closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, legal, procurement, technical teams and third-party suppliers to gather, validate and document service, process and transition requirements
• Analysing current service scope, operational responsibilities, dependencies and service interfaces to support the design of future service arrangements
• Producing structured service definitions, transition requirements and supporting documentation to enable supplier procurement and contract negotiations
• Identifying transition dependencies, risks, assumptions, sequencing considerations and operational impacts associated with a phased supplier transition
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to map current and future service requirements, clarify service boundaries and align activities across multiple workstreams
• Supporting transition planning activities to ensure services are transitioned in a controlled and incremental manner with minimal operational disruption
• Providing analysis, reporting and documentation to support programme governance, decision-making and supplier engagement activities
• Identifying and managing the transfer of operational and technical documentation into approved repositories
• Supporting data migration activities, ensuring the successful transfer of data, metadata and user permissions to replacement platforms
• Managing requirements, dependencies, risks and governance documentation across multiple interconnected workstreams

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale technology transformation, supplier transition or outsourcing programmes
• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business, operational and service requirements
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, including business, technology, procurement, legal and third-party suppliers
• Understanding of supplier management, outsourcing arrangements and technology service transitions
• Experience working across multiple concurrent workstreams with complex dependencies and stakeholder groups
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with governance processes, RAID management and dependency tracking
• Excellent analytical, documentation and process-mapping capabilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting PMO or Programme Management functions
• Experience within retail or other fast-paced enterprise environments would be advantageous
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
