As a Senior Digital Agile Coach your main responsibilities will be to:

• Engage with stakeholders across the wider organisation to understand the strategic, operational, and organisational context within which D&T operates.
• Work with the Agile Delivery profession to observe and assess current delivery practices across our delivery teams.
• Collaborate with teams across D&T to understand the end-to-end digital delivery system and how its component parts interact.
• Produce an independent assessment of the current state of delivery practices, including recommendations for the Digital Senior Leadership Team (DSLT) on areas for improvement and required organisational changes.
• Support DSLT in implementing agreed recommendations and defining KPIs relating to quality, efficiency, and value to measure and monitor progress.
• Develop a consistent and shared understanding across the Companies House Executive Team and Leadership Group of effective digital delivery practices, enabling informed decision-making and sustained support for the directorate 's transformation.

Essential:

• An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. (Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.) 
• Proven experience supporting various public sector organisations to enhance organisational effectiveness, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrable experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams to implement and sustain meaningful organisational change.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Government Digital Service (GDS) Standards, including supporting organisations through service model transformation.
• Experience working with digital teams, applying Agile principles and practices to improve delivery outcomes.
