Salesforce Delivery Lead

Location: London (Hybrid- 3 days working from onsite-Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of client technology initiatives across CRM, sales enablement, and digital engagement platforms within a Financial Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Drive enhancements across Salesforce, Seismic, data integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business value.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and delivery governance.
• Champion Agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, and high-performing teams.
• Track delivery metrics, ensure transparency, and support successful change adoption.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex technology delivery within large Financial Services organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and release management processes.
• Experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement/content management platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing global teams, third-party vendors, and multi-workstream programmes.

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Associate, or similar).
• Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Client Engagement functions.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions
