About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Freelance Project Manager to manage projects from planning through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task schedules.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify project risks, delays, and blockers and take appropriate action.
• Conduct regular project follow-ups and provide progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate communication between different departments and team members.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com is an advantage.
• Good understanding of project planning, task management, and delivery processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
