Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to work with us locally to help set up, organise and optimise our HubSpot CRM, as well as provide practical training to our team.

We are looking for someone who can come to our premises, understand how we currently work, and help us get the most from HubSpot. This is a hands-on role rather than simply providing remote advice.

Responsibilities

• Review our current HubSpot setup and recommend improvements
• Help configure HubSpot to suit our business and processes
• Set up and organise contacts, companies, deals and pipelines
• Help establish effective CRM processes and workflows
• Configure automation where appropriate
• Provide face-to-face training to our team
• Show staff how to use HubSpot effectively in their day-to-day roles
• Create simple processes and guidance that the team can follow
• Troubleshoot issues and answer questions as we get up and running
• Help us make sure HubSpot is being used consistently and effectively

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong, practical experience with HubSpot
• Has experience setting up and implementing HubSpot for businesses
• Is confident training people with different levels of technical ability
• Can explain systems clearly and in plain English
• Is organised, patient and approachable
• Can work independently and identify opportunities for improvement
• Is local and able to attend our premises in person
• Ideally has experience working with small or growing businesses

We're not simply looking for someone to tell us how HubSpot works. We need someone who can sit down with us, help build the right setup, and train our team to use it properly.

The initial requirement is likely to be a project involving setup and training, with the potential for ongoing support if the relationship works well.
