What You'll Need

• Extensive Unisys Mainframe operational support experience
• Strong knowledge of SMA OpCon workload automation and scheduling
• Production support experience within critical environments
• SQL Server troubleshooting and administration
• Incident, Problem and Change Management exposure
• Experience operating within ITIL-driven environments

You'll play a key role in maintaining service availability, leading recovery activities, and driving continual operational improvement across core enterprise platforms.
