Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation

Location: Bristol, York (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months Contract

This is a contract opportunity for someone who is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering large-scale Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Supplier Risk, Procurement, or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) transformation programmes. This role would suit an individual who can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders, work effectively across multiple markets, and drive delivery in a complex transformation environment.

You'll be comfortable operating at pace, leading business analysis activities across programme design and implementation phases, and working closely with business teams, technology stakeholders, and SaaS solution partners. The successful contractor will be able to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration across programme teams to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete, refine and document future-state (To-Be) business processes across multiple Risk Domains and Markets, including the UK, Ireland and Canada.
  • Consolidate, maintain and manage the Business Requirements Document (BRD), ensuring requirements remain aligned with programme objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate business analysis activities during solution design workshops with stakeholders and SaaS implementation partners.
  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective and scalable technology solutions.
  • Work closely with programme leadership, business users and technical teams to support successful solution delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
  • Test strategy and planning
  • Test script development
  • Test execution and coordination
  • Defect identification, triage and resolution
  • Business stakeholder sign-off
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across business, technology and supplier teams to ensure programme momentum and successful delivery.
  • Support governance activities, requirement traceability, process documentation and change management where required.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale:
  • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Supplier Risk Management
  • Procurement Transformation
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programmes
  • Strong experience creating process maps, workflows and business process documentation.
  • Demonstrable expertise in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and maintaining comprehensive BRDs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and software vendors.
  • Strong experience supporting Enterprise SaaS implementation programmes from design through to delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect management and business sign-off.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a complex transformation programme.

 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relating to Third Party Risk Management, including:
  • PRA SS2/21
  • DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
  • EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
  • OSFI B-10
  • Experience working across multiple international markets.
  • Previous experience working within Financial Services or regulated environments.
