Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can transform business data into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong technical capability in building dashboards, reports and processes, combined with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end commercial business processes—from quoting through to invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI .

· Extract, clean, and model data from Odoo and other business systems.

· Analyse business performance and provide insights to support decision‑making.

· Work closely with commercial, finance, operations, and sales teams to understand reporting needs.

· Map, document, and improve end‑to‑end business processes (quote → order → delivery → invoice).

· Create automated solutions to streamline data flows and improve reporting accuracy.

· Present findings in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven, hands-on experience in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, report building).

· Experience working with Odoo (reporting, data extraction, module understanding).

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.

· Solid commercial business understanding, including quoting, sales order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

· Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

· Experience integrating Odoo with external reporting tools.

· Understanding of finance or supply chain data.

Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour
