Google Ads Specialist (Freelance)

Lewis Home Renovations is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of our Google Ads account and improve the quality of enquiries generated for our business.

We are a premium home renovation company based in Beaconsfield, specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, home renovations, extensions and complete project management throughout Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties.

What we need help with

• Improving the quality of leads and reducing irrelevant enquiries.
• Eliminating wasted advertising spend.
• Optimising our Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Improving location targeting so we're attracting enquiries from the areas we actually serve.
• Refining keywords, search terms and negative keywords.
• Improving conversion tracking and overall campaign performance.
• Providing ongoing recommendations based on data and results.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Can demonstrate improvements in lead quality and return on ad spend.
• Is proactive and commercially minded, not just someone who makes occasional adjustments.
• Can clearly explain what is working, what isn't, and why.
• Is confident making recommendations that will genuinely improve performance.

If you have experience working with premium home improvement, construction or renovation businesses, that's a bonus.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beaconsfield (Buckinghamshire)
