Role Overview
The Workplace Strategy Data Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing workplace data and reporting solutions that support strategic real estate and workplace decisions. The role combines dashboard development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities to deliver meaningful insights to senior leadership and operational teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, including monthly data refreshes that consolidate information from multiple data sources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dashboard-related queries, data requests, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyse workplace, occupancy, utilisation, and attendance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular reports and presentations that communicate KPIs and business insights to senior leadership teams.
  • Develop presentation materials, including steering group updates and regional reporting packs, to support estate and workplace strategy decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data governance initiatives by working closely with Workplace Services and other teams to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of reporting solutions, incorporating new data sources and evolving business requirements.
 
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present findings and answer questions from senior audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and inquisitive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify the most relevant data to support business decisions.
  • Experience within commercial real estate or workplace strategy environments is advantageous but not essential.
