Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing (Snowflake) and Data Engineering concepts.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Platformssuch as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation programs.

Project Management Skills

• Project planning, execution, and delivery management.
• Stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Resource and capacity planning.
• Budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Risk, dependency, and issue management.
• Vendor and third-party relationship management.
• Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Leadership Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong customer focus and relationship management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience managing Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud transformation projects.
• Professional certifications such as:
• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Agile Certification
• Agile Project Management certifications (preferred)
