Agile Delivery Lead - DV Cleared at Plug Consulting, Corsham/Remote, 9 Months, £500 per day

500 per day | Inside IR35 | 9-month contract (also available as circa 90-95k salaried position)

Remote with 2 days per week in Corsham

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery across a complex, security-cleared technology programme. You’ll coordinate a multidisciplinary development team, manage sprint delivery and ensure work progresses smoothly from design and build through to testing and production.

The role

You’ll:

• Lead daily stand-ups and keep delivery on track
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across multiple teams
• Coordinate release plans and delivery schedules
• Maintain key Agile delivery documentation and governance
• Work closely with technical leads, project managers and customer stakeholders
• Oversee delivery and stabilisation across test, pre-production and production environments
• Act as the main link between the delivery team and the wider programme

What we’re looking for

• Strong Agile delivery or Scrum Master experience
• Proven ownership of sprint and technical delivery
• Confident stakeholder and customer management skills
• Experience coordinating technical teams in complex environments
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving ability
• Current transferable DV clearance

This would suit an experienced Agile Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or delivery-focused Scrum Master.
