• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams using GDS principles and service standards
• Ability to elicit, analyse and communicate complex business requirements using a range of Agile techniques
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, modelling user journeys, and identifying opportunities for service improvement
• Confident managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Experience supporting product teams through discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using evidence and data to inform decision making
🔹 You'll be responsible for:
• Investigating business problems and identifying opportunities for digital transformation
• Working closely with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams to define and prioritise user and business requirements
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and collaborative decision making
• Producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other analysis artefacts that support Agile delivery
• Ensuring requirements are clearly understood, validated, and aligned with user needs and organisational objectives
• Supporting service design, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of user-centred digital services
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes
🔹 What success looks like:
• User and business needs are clearly understood and reflected in the product backlog
• Teams have the insight and clarity needed to make informed delivery decisions
• Complex problems are broken down into achievable, value-driven outcomes
• Stakeholders are engaged, informed, and confident in the direction of delivery
• Digital services deliver measurable improvements for users and the organisation
We're particularly interested in people who are naturally curious, collaborative, and analytical, with excellent communication skills and a passion for improving public services through user-centred design and Agile delivery.
