Data Engineer (Contract)

We need Data Engineers to build the pipelines that move a large regulated UK organisation's data onto Snowflake. It's a high-scale environment, and this is where most of the delivery happens, so we're hiring more than one.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain data pipelines feeding Snowflake.

• Model and transform data with dbt.

• Work with streaming data through Kafka.

• Write clean, tested Python and SQL that other people can rely on.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python and SQL.

• Hands-on dbt experience.

• Real pipeline development experience with Snowflake.

• Exposure to Kafka or event streaming.

• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot as part of your everyday workflow.

Bonus points for AWS and any experience in regulated environments.
