Business Change Consultant at ARCA, South East, 6 Months, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

ARCA are hiring a Clinical Systems Deployment / Business Change Consultant on a 6 month outside IR35 contract basis (NHS experience is essential, along with the ability to travel daily using own car)

We are supporting a major clinical systems deployment across a large Primary Care network within South East England.

The programme involves the rollout and adoption of new clinical systems, across GP practices.

This is a highly user-focused deployment role. The successful candidate will spend much of their time working directly with GP Practices, supporting clinicians and administrative teams through system adoption, helping resolve issues, building confidence and ensuring successful implementation.

The role would suit someone with experience delivering NHS digital change who enjoys being visible, approachable and working directly with frontline users.

The Role

Working as part of the deployment programme, you will:

• Support rollout of clinical systems across a large network of GP Practices
• Build positive relationships with GPs, Practice Managers and practice staff
• Identify barriers to adoption and work with programme teams to resolve them
• Escalate technical issues appropriately while remaining the local face of the programme
• Translate programme objectives into practical support for end users
• Deliver onsite deployment support
• Assist users during go-live and early life support
• Capture feedback to improve deployment and user experience
• Work closely with Network teams, Acute Trusts, IT teams and system suppliers

Essential Experience

• NHS Primary Care deployment experience (ESSENTIAL)
• Clinical systems implementation (i.e. EPR/EMIS, SystmOne, OrderComms, ePMA
• Business Change or Change Management
• Digital Transformation
• Go-live support
