AWS Integration Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (ideally London-based, but open to candidates across the UK)
Contract Length: 3 Months (high likelihood of extension)
Rate: £550–£650 per day (Outside or Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced AWS Integration Specialist to join a fast-paced technology team on an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building and supporting cloud-native integrations and event-driven architectures within AWS.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly S3, SQS and/or Kinesis, and Lambda
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• Strong understanding of event-driven and serverless architectures
• Experience troubleshooting and optimising cloud-based integrations
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL APIs
• Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly Terraform
• Background in last-mile delivery, logistics, supply chain, or related industries
• Team leadership, technical lead, or project management experience
