The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Workday Tester to support the delivery of a major Workday programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on the testing of Workday HR and Finance solutions within a complex transformation environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning, preparing and executing test activities across Workday HR and Finance.
• Creating and maintaining test scripts and test evidence.
• Identifying, logging and tracking defects through to resolution.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and wider testing activities where required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience testing Workday HR and Finance.
• A strong understanding of core HR and Finance business processes.
• Experience creating and executing test scripts and managing defects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently within a remote delivery team.

Desirable:

• Previous experience delivering projects within UK Government or the wider public sector.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation programmes.
