We are seeking 4 Senior AI Engineers to join a large-scale project in the insurance sector, focused on the design, development, and deployment of advanced solutions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The role includes supporting the entire AI life cycle-from ideation to production release and monitoring-in order to drive innovation and business value through pragmatic implementations of technologies such as Generative AI and image processing.

Your tasks

• Design and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including Generative AI and Computer Vision systems, to address complex business challenges
• Develop and maintain scalable data and machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless integration from data ingestion through to production deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with architects to design and deliver AI solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement operational best practices in MLOps and DevOps, including automated testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI models and underlying infrastructure for accuracy, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and data science teams to foster a culture of high-quality software development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts and ensure the effective delivery of defined project outcomes
• Research emerging AI/ML trends and experiment with new ideas to proactively integrate relevant technical innovations into practical business solutions

Must have competences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Computer Vision
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks such as Langchain and Semantic Kernel agent SDK
• Strong command of Python and other relevant programming languages with a solid foundation in software engineering principles
• Experience designing and delivering AI solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, leveraging cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable data and machine learning pipelines using modern big data and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in MLOps and DevOps best practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrable experience with the machine learning life cycle, including model selection, evaluation, retraining, and monitoring
• Deep understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI development and deployment standards
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Nice to have competences

• Advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA
• Experience working within the Insuretech sector, specifically in areas like Claims, Underwriting, or Pricing
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and knowledge graphs
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Kafka
• Hands-on experience with feature stores and training data management
