Workday Product Architect at Livingston IT Consulting, London, £Contract Rate

Location: London (Hybrid - 40% onsite/approximately 2 days per week)

Alternative Locations: Leeds, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen may be considered for exceptional candidates who can attend the local office as required.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Day Rate: £TBC via Umbrella company

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Product Architect to lead and manage the technical architecture of Workday solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to work across HR, Finance, and Technology functions while driving the strategic evolution of Workday products and integrations.

Experience Required:
- Product/platform architect experience
- Workday experience including HCM, Core Finance, Studio Integrations, Adaptive, Extend and Prism
- Agile and DevSecOps on SaaS & Lo/No Code
- Stakeholder management
- ERP/adjacent systems experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the technical architecture of FCA's Workday ecosystem (Peakon, Adaptive, Extend & Prism) including 40 50 integrations with other FCA systems and FCA Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) systems
- Report to the Workday product group owner
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance and Technology
- Work with ERP's DevSecOps delivery team and suppliers (including Cognizant AMS) and Workday support teams.
