Requirements
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Proven experience as a User Researcher within UK Government
- Strong understanding of GDS service standards and user-centred design methodologies
- Experience conducting research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communicating research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary team
