Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office at Whitebridge Group, United Kingdom/Remote, 6 Months, to £1,000 per day

Whitebridge is looking for an interim Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to establish and lead a new EPMO capability within a major client's Group IT function, supporting digital transformation delivery.

Experience required:

• Proven experience leading or establishing enterprise PMO/EPMO
• Strong portfolio governance and demand management expertise
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM, Planview, or similar tools
• Strong commercial and financial management experience
• Experience managing large-scale IT budgets and investments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders at executive level
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
• Experience in organisational transformation and operating models
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
