Lean Process Expert – Client Onboarding (2-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lean Process Expert / Business Process Improvement Consultant to support a 2-month project focused on improving and optimizing the client onboarding process within an international financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze the current onboarding process to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and process redesign activities.

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks.

  • Apply Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline workflows.

  • Develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Define process KPIs and success metrics where appropriate.

  • Prepare documentation, findings, and improvement roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lean Process Expert, Process Improvement Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.

  • Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a short-term engagement.

  • Professional level of English.

  • Previous experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or B2B environments is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).

  • Experience improving customer onboarding or client lifecycle processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments.

  • Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.
