Monday.com CRM Specialist at PR By Whitney Williams Limited, Remote, to £40 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Monday.com CRM specialist who can start immediately and work within UK business hours.

We already use Monday.com across the business, but we're looking for someone who can help optimise and scale our CRM setup to ensure we're making full use of the platform.

Key areas of focus:

• Multi-stage sales and client pipelines

• Cross-team automations and workflows

• Custom dashboards and reporting

• Clear ownership and accountability processes

• CRM optimisation and best-practice implementation

We're looking for someone who has successfully designed, implemented and scaled Monday.com CRM systems before; not just configured boards, but built processes that drive real business results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and optimising Monday.com CRM systems, ideally for agencies

• Strong automation and dashboard expertise
• Availability during UK working hours

Ability to quickly understand business requirements and deliver from day one.

This is a freelance/contract opportunity with an immediate start.

Pay: £1.00-£40.00 per hour
