The Role

We’re looking for an AI Test Engineer to support a growing portfolio of AI initiatives for one of our insurance clients. This is a major client engagement delivering a portfolio of Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. You will play a key role in defining and implementing testing approaches across GenAI applications, ensuring quality and consistency across delivery. We’re open to candidates with Gen AI experience from all industry sectors.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Must have experience owning a testing framework and GenAI experience
• Experience of owning, implementing and executing successful test strategies and frameworks
• Experience with producing a strategy documentation and overseeing the implementation
• Ability to standardise the way to do the testing across use cases
• Ability to delegate test strategies for complex applications
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC
• Ability to translate strategy into execution (manual and/or automated testing)
• Experience working in agile environments

Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop a test strategy document for an AI solution.
• Delegate the execution of the test strategy to other team members (e.g. via Jira ticket definition)
• Develop approach on how test all components fit into the CI/CD pipeline and/or SLDC activities.
