World Wide Technology (WWT) is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the deployment, management, and optimization of our Network Access Control programme, with a focus on Forescout.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring NAC policies align with security objectives and operational requirements.

 

This is a contract Role & Inside IR35

Technical Business Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize business/technical requirements for NAC (Forescout)
  • Analyze network access policies and identify risks/gaps
  • Collaborate with security, network, and IT teams to deliver NAC use cases (visibility, policy, segmentation)
  • Produce clear documentation for technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and requirement discussions
  • Support UAT, validation, and policy rollouts
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
  • Assist in evaluating NAC tools & integrations (SIEM, CMDB, ITSM)

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Senior Business Analyst (enterprise/financial services preferred)
  • Strong experience with NAC tools – Forescout preferred
  • Solid network fundamentals (VLANs, 802.1X, RADIUS, endpoint compliance)
  • Experience in BRDs, user stories, process flows
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

 

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
