Benefact Group are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Gloucester office.
You will be responsible for advancing and maturing the adoption of the D365 platform, through engagement with business and technical teams to understand development opportunities that help support company growth and efficiency. The role bridges engagement between architecture, product and engineering teams to help shape the enterprise platform roadmap and capability view.

Develop and technically author appropriate solution designs, ensuring fit-for-purpose, balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer and business opportunities and requirements
Lead on proof of concept and innovation work where required, either independently, leading a team or with delivery partners
Technical author of functional requirements and implementation design
Act as a technology and development practice coach and mentor
Strong functional expertise across Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform
Proven experience as a senior functional consultant, lead or architect working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements
Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices (integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, testing, agile delivery)
Experience producing and governing high-quality functional designs, standards and best practices
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (or equivalent)
Exposure to financial services or insurance industries
