About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable AI Specialist to help automate and scale our business operations using modern AI tools and automation systems.

The main focus of this role is extracting, organising, and analysing data from websites, while using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and streamline workflows.

You should be comfortable working with AI platforms, web data extraction tools, automation software, spreadsheets, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and organise data from websites accurately and efficiently
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive business tasks
• Build workflows that improve productivity and save time
• Research and implement the latest AI software and automation tools
• Clean, structure, and manage large datasets
• Create systems for lead generation, competitor research, and market analysis
• Automate data entry and reporting processes
• Work with spreadsheets, databases, and cloud tools
• Monitor automation performance and improve workflows continuously
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Perplexity AI
• Zapier
• Make
• Airtable
• Experience with website data extraction / web scraping
• Ability to use automation tools and APIs
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Familiar with CRM systems and databases
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and improve business systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience using AI agents and automation workflows
• Knowledge of Python or no-code automation platforms
• Experience with lead generation and market research
• Understanding of SEO, e-commerce, or social media analytics
• Experience handling large volumes of online data
