AI Lead/Product Manager - AI & GenAI (Financial Markets)

Consulting - Upto £1250 per day Inside IR35, Multi-Year programme.

Join our leading Financial Markets practice to work with and investment banking client to help shape the future of AI across Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk and Technology.

We're looking for an experienced AI Lead to own the end-to-end AI product domain, driving the strategy, roadmap and delivery of AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that create measurable business impact. You'll lead cross-functional teams, prioritise a portfolio of AI use cases, and take initiatives from concept and proof-of-concept through to production at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap
• Drive AI, GenAI and Agentic AI adoption across Financial Markets
• Lead delivery of AI products from discovery to production
• Partner with Traders, business, data and engineering teams to embed AI into workflows
• Manage stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk and Technology
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance, risk and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management or senior Product Owner roles
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, analytics or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of Financial Markets and regulated environments
• Experience taking AI solutions from PoC to scalable production
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Must have a strong track record in capital markets.
