Oracle HCM Integration Delivery Lead at Whitebridge Group, Reading/Remote, 6 Months, £650-£700 per day

Whitebridge is looking for a Oracle HCM Integration Delivery Lead to join a large transformation programme for our client.

Role requirements:

Business Knowledge

• Good understanding of HR Core Business Function and Business Processes.

• Experience of working on a large Digital Transformation change programme, preferably in relation to Corporate shared services.

Experience

• Relevant Waterfall practitioner qualifications required ie Prince2
• Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
• Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of SI implementation activities.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks
• Demonstrable experience of Waterfall methodologies.
• 8+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager.
• A proven track record of delivery based on required business outcomes.
• Experience of a working in a Matrix organisation.

Functional and Technical Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years Oracle HCM SaaS and Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) on premise
• MSP Proficient - Specifically MSP Professional and MSP Online
• Working knowledge of ADO and O365 - SharePoint

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the nearest office (Reading or Havant) The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
