Change Analyst – Warehouse & Supply Chain Transformation

Location: Islip/Kettering (Hybrid)

Travel: Occasional International travel, ad-hoc to Reading, Dublin and other locations

Duration: Initial 6 Months with the view to extend

Contract Type: Day Rate (Inside IR35)

 

Primark is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst to support a major Warehouse & Supply Chain transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who is confident operating independently, engaging a wide range of stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality change, comms, and training materials across a complex operational environment.

Supply chain or warehouse experience is a strong advantage, and management consultancy experience is preferred.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support delivery of change activities across multi‑site warehouse and supply chain operations
  • Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, training requirements, and communications
  • Develop communications and training materials, ensuring clarity and adoption across diverse teams
  • Work closely with project teams to track progress, risks, and readiness
  • Engage independently with stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and structured change artefacts

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with natural gravitas
  • Ability to communicate confidently and independently with challenging stakeholders
  • Experience producing training materials, comms packs, and change documentation
  • Self‑sufficient, proactive, and highly organised
  • Supply chain / warehouse experience (nice to have)
  • Management consultancy background (preferred)
  • Familiarity with core change concepts: impacts, stakeholders, training, comms, readiness
