Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Python Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Python development.
- Code Repository Ownership & Management:
- Ability to effectively own and manage code repositories, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Advanced knowledge of software development best practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), comprehensive testing, and thorough code reviews.
- A commitment to setting and overseeing high-quality standards for the codebase, promoting code simplicity, and driving continuous improvement through frequent refactoring.
- Experience in establishing and enforcing robust engineering standards for Pull Requests (PRs) to facilitate rapid, high-quality code integration while minimising reviewer effort.
- Full-Stack Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development, including containerisation, front-end technologies (e.g., Django templates), and DevOps principles.
- AI & AWS Deployment Experience:
- Proven experience in deploying AI solutions on AWS, specifically utilising LangGraph.
- Familiarity and experience with AWS AgentCore.
