Overview
Current Electrical North East is a growing electrical business looking for a freelance consultant asap to help optimise and scale our backend systems, customer journey, lead management, and automation processes.

We already have lead generation and operational processes in place. We are now looking for someone who can help us improve visibility, qualification, automation, and scalability without overcomplicating the business.

This is not a generic social media or ad management role.

Duties

  • Review and optimise our existing funnel/landing pages
  • Improve lead qualification and conversion flow
  • Implement or optimise CRM systems
  • Build SMS/email automations and workflows
  • Improve pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Integrate systems into our operational processes
  • Provide practical recommendations to support sustainable growth

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and funnel systems (GoHighLevel, Perspective, HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience building automations and workflows
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to simplify systems and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience working with trades/service-based businesses preferred
  • Commercially minded with a practical, transparent approach

Engagement

  • Freelance / self-employed
  • Project-based initially
  • Potential ongoing consultancy for the right person to optimise and maintain the system.
