Technical Experience:

We are interested in strong technical leaders with experience across modern software engineering, enterprise architecture and large scale transformation environments.

The initial platform focus includes C# and .NET environments, however the broader vision extends across multiple layers of technology, languages and enterprise systems including Java and other enterprise development stacks.
The successful candidate should understand how to build scalable and repeatable product capability across complex technology estates rather than being limited to a single language or framework.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a proven background in building and scaling software and SaaS products. The successful candidate will combine strong technical leadership with commercial understanding, creativity and the ability to lead high performing engineering teams.

This role will play a central part in shaping the technical direction of the business, building scalable platform capability and establishing the foundations for long term product growth. The role is hands on where required, but equally focused on leadership, architecture, delivery and strategic execution.
