Lead Product Manager – Enterprise Data Products
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
Permanent preferred
Fixed term contract/ Contract inside IR35 for 6 months duration to start with and possible extensions
Immediate start
Hybrid – 3 days onsite working from the client office and 2 days remote.
Applicants must have existing right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
Role Purpose
Own and drive the vision, roadmap, and value realisation of enterprise data products. Act as the senior product authority, working with business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and vendor‑supplied squads to deliver measurable outcomes and long‑term platform sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Own backlog prioritisation and sprint planning based on business value
- Act as primary product interface for senior stakeholders and client forums
- Oversee vendor‑supplied delivery teams and cross‑squad dependencies
- Ensure alignment on data quality, governance, and usage standards
- Define KPIs, track adoption, and report realised business value
- Influence strategic direction using data, AI, and product best practices
- Authority over product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation
- Influence delivery standards, cadence, and quality
- Strategic advisor to stakeholders on investment and product direction
