Contract Description
We are looking for an IT Support & Rack and Stack Technician. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IT support, hardware installation and rack and stack activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support for end users
- Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Perform rack and stack installation of servers, switches, routers, and related hardware
- Label and document network and hardware installations
- Replace faulty hardware components and perform basic diagnostics
- Coordinate with remote technical teams during deployments and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Experience with desktop support and IT field services
- Hands-on experience with rack and stack activities
- Familiarity with servers, switches, and enterprise hardware
- Ability to work independently onsite
Pay: £22.00-£27.00 per hour
