Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Automate deployment processes to enable consistent, reliable delivery.
Implement reusable and efficient patterns within the .NET framework.

Maintain user accessibility and ensure services meet security compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Hands-on experience automating deployments in D365 environments.
Strong knowledge of the .NET framework.
Familiarity with GDS and accessibility standards in the UK public sector.
Understanding of security and compliance in government solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
