Role Description

This is a remote contract position for a Cyber Security Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing cybersecurity protocols, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing measures to safeguard applications, networks, and information systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated with the latest security threats and technologies will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Network Security practices
• Expertise in Information Security and conducting Vulnerability Assessments
• Strong knowledge of threat analysis, risk assessment, and remediation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a remote setting
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
