Solution Architect – CMS & Content Automation Contract | 3–6 Months | Remote with Travel to London

The Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep CMS expertise to design and implement automated content pipelines for a customer engagement. The goal is simple: get new content flowing into the customer's system with as little manual effort as possible.

This is a hands-on architecture role. You will own the technical design, work closely with the customer, and ensure what gets built actually works in practice.

What You'll Do

• Assess the customer's current content workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Design scalable, low-touch content ingestion and processing pipelines
• Define integration patterns between the CMS and surrounding systems
• Recommend tooling for automation, enrichment, and routing of content
• Produce clear solution designs and guide delivery teams to build them correctly
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders at technical and business level

What We Need

• Strong Solution Architecture background with hands-on CMS experience
• Proven ability to design content automation solutions (workflow engines, API integrations, event-driven patterns)
• Familiarity with AI/ML enrichment capabilities such as tagging, classification, and routing
• Confident communicator able to work independently on a customer site
• Available to travel to London periodically throughout the engagement

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Working arrangement: Remote with occasional travel to the customer's London office
