Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Lead Business Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions, with a focus on PEGA systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead complex projects, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovation within a collaborative environment. The ideal applicant will possess extensive expertise in solution architecture, cloud infrastructure, and system design, contributing to the development of scalable and secure IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive business architecture strategies aligned with organisational objectives and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solution architectures using PEGA platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and system architecture frameworks.
• Lead and manage requests coming from different internal teams
• Manage system design activities related to operating systems such as Windows and Linux while supporting DevOps practices for software deployment and system automation.
• Provide technical leadership in SDLC processes, including analysis skills, system architecture design, and solution delivery within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Facilitate project management activities by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Skills

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong PEGA experience on modules and different PEGA components
• Deep understanding of information security principles within enterprise environments.
• Analytical skills for system analysis and business process optimisation.
• Certified PEGA LBA V24 OR V25

Pay: £250.00-£330.00 per day
